Do I need a subscription to use TryConnection?
No. The core tool — monitoring, filtering, site blocking, and partner notifications — is completely free. You only need credits for AI coaching sessions.
What happens when my free coaching sessions run out?
You'll hear about it through your coach before it happens. You can top up with a credit pack or start a monthly plan. The rest of the app keeps working regardless.
Can I cancel a monthly plan anytime?
Yes. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and you'll keep your plan until the end of the billing period.
Do unused credits carry over?
Credit packs never expire. Monthly plan credits reset each billing period — unused credits from that month don't carry over.
Is this private? Who can see my data?
Behavioral monitoring data stays on your device. We never store screenshots, browsing history, or session logs on our servers. Your privacy is the foundation of the tool — surveillance is exactly what we're built against.
