Do I need a subscription to use TryConnection?
No. The core tool — monitoring, filtering, site blocking, and partner notifications — is completely free. Credits power the AI layer (Sam conversations, pattern analysis). Your starter credits are included free.
What happens when my credits run out?
Sam will let you know in the conversation. You can add a credit top-up or start a monthly plan — takes about 30 seconds. The rest of the app keeps working regardless.
Can I cancel a monthly plan anytime?
Yes. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and you'll keep your plan until the end of the billing period.
Do unused credits carry over?
Credit packs never expire. Monthly plan credits reset each billing period — unused credits from that month don't carry over.
Is this private? Who can see my data?
